Kat Uyenco

Born on the beautiful island of Cebu, Philippines, Kat's journey led her to California at the age of 8 when her family decided to embark on a new chapter. Growing up in San Jose, CA, she later ventured to Los Angeles, fueled by the ambition to carve a niche for herself as a makeup artist.

In 2002, Kat kickstarted her career with an Executive Assistant role, immersing herself in the dynamic realm of unscripted and stage shows. Eager to absorb every facet of the industry, she deftly juggled multiple roles - from assistant to makeup artist to talent coordinator, and everything in between — a true Jacqueline of all Trades.

Through unwavering dedication spanning over 20 years, Kat steadily ascended the professional ladder, leaving her mark at renowned networks like VH1, MTV, NBC, CBS, Netflix, Hulu, WeTV, TLC, and Lifetime. Her journey culminated in becoming an Executive Producer and Showrunner, steering the ship for hit shows such as WeTV's "Keke Wyatt's World" and "Grown and Gospel," as well as VH1's "The Surreal Life: the Reboot," "Family Reunion: Love & Hip Hop Edition," and "Waka & Tammy: What the Flocka."

Currently calling Los Angeles home, Kat is mastering the delicate art of work-life balance. Fueling her energy with a morning cup of coffee for bustling production days, she seamlessly weaves in Kali, meditation, yoga, travel, culinary adventures, beach retreats, and quality time with family and friends. Beyond her thriving career, Kat embraces the ethos of being of service to others, adding a deeper layer to her rich and fulfilling lifestyle.
